How to process the return of a product?
You can return the received goods in the following cases:
1. Products defective, damaged or incorrect
If the article is not the one that you ordered or has arrived in bad condition we will send you a new product or we will refund the total order amount. For this to be the case, you must inform us of the incident within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt of the order, attaching images of the defective, damaged or incorrect product.
In the case of receive products in poor conditions due to transportation, it Is VERY IMPORTANT that you do not open the package and indicate on the carrier's delivery note that you don't accept it. If you have already signed but the product has arrived damaged, it is necessary that you send us a picture of the product in a poor state, without handling it.
In any case, we will assume the transport costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used or tampered with.
2. Refunds for withdrawal or cancellation
You can't take it back your purchase within 14 calendar days for any reason other than the above.
In this case, we will reimburse you the cost of the product minus the transport costs associated with the purchase and the payment gateway fees. The costs of return transportation shall be at your account in cases of refund for withdrawal. For the return, we will use the same means of payment you employed at the time of purchase.
To be able to accept the return:

If the returned product has suffered a depreciation by the customer (for example, the product is returned in bad condition), we reserve the right not to accept the return. Before proceeding with the return, it is important that you verify that the following conditions are met:
- Process the return before the expiry of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
- Return the product and documentation in the original condition as you gave the order.
- In the original packaging, which must be in perfect condition.
The transport costs associated with the return shall be borne by us if the return is displayed due to defective products or incorrect. In any other case the expenses of transportation shall be borne by the customer.
Repair of products under warranty
We guarantee the items sold for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of delivery against defects of manufacture not to be the manufacturer to maintain different conditions (for example, some cleaners have a 3 year warranty).

We will send you the instructions to follow to manage the repair of the product. Once you have received our reply, you will have to pack the item correctly and send it to the address we will give you.
To send the product to the technical service, it will be necessary to make a payment that includes the diagnosis and transport costs from our facilities to the technical service.
- If the service technician determines that the problem is covered under warranty, we will refund this amount and the product will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
- If the service technician determines that the product is out of warranty, we will send you a repair estimate. If you decide to accept it, the amount paid will be deducted from the total cost of the repair. If you do not accept it, the amount paid will not be refundable, as it will be considered an administrative charge. In this case, you will have the choice between picking up the product unrepaired at our warehouse or requesting its destruction.
