SEKO pumps offer solutions for injecting liquid into ducts and pipes from small pools to large aquatic installations. In indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the model, they can measure parameters such as pH, ORP, conductivity, chlorine, oxygen, turbidity, ozone, bromine, etc. In our attached files, you can find a list with the compatibility of the body, gaskets and tubes of the dosing pumps according to the chemical product you need to dose.  

Kompact dosing pump 

The Kompact Series represents a line of solenoid driven metering pumps designed to provide constant flow rates that are regulated by an adjustable dial located on the front panel. These pumps ensure optimum performance for a variety of applications and provide exceptional reliability by ensuring chemical compatibility in areas exposed to liquids. Depending on the application environment, the Kompact AML is available with Viton or EPDM seals.

Seko Kompact AML dosing pump features

• Standard pump power supply 100-240 Vac 50-60Hz, with 24 Vac option on request. 
• The installation kit comes with foot valve, injection valve, screws and wall mounting bracket. 
• Suction pipe in PVC material (4 meters). 
• Delivery pipe made of PE material (2 meters). 
• PTFE membrane. 
• Comes with valve for manual purge.
• The casing is made of PP plastic, fiberglass reinforcement and IP65 protection. 
• Depending on the chemical to be dosed, the best gaskets are: 

                                      - pH reducer--> VITON or EPDM seals.

                                      - pH increaser--> EPDM gaskets

                                      - Liquid chlorine--> VITON seals

Guide for the selection of dosing pumps

When selecting the metering pump model or its spare parts, it is essential to take into account the coding found on the side label. This coding not only identifies the model, but also provides crucial information, such as hydraulic characteristics, materials of the different components, power supply...

We consider the model AML200AHH0000 to explain the coding:

1. The first field corresponds to the model: AMS

3. The third field refers to the voltage of the dosing pumps: A

5. The fifth field refers to the installation kit: H

The seals are crucial components in a dosing pump, and their choice must be based on the nature of the liquid to be dosed. We recommend that you consult the compatibility table to identify the most suitable seals according to the type of liquid you are dosing.

• FKM-B or Viton: normally used for acidic products.
• EPDM: normally used for alkaline products.
