Parece funcionar, aunque con las tiras analíticas es difícil de saber. Producto a usar si el agua de la piscina se ve amarillenta y tiñe los bañadores de verde.

Description
Stains in the swimming pool
Stains in the pool can be caused by metals or organic matter and it is important to know the origin of these stains to be able to act and eliminate them. The most common metals that cause stains are: iron, manganese, copper and cobalt. And on the other hand we can find stains caused by organic residues caused by the putrefaction of leaves, insects...
Stains caused by excess copper are caused by the overdose of algaecides containing copper and by the use of multifunctional compacts with copper.
A copper concentration between 0.2 and 0.4 ppm is sufficient to be effective as an algaecide. An overdose will cause:
- Lilac-colored stains on joints, waterline and pool walls.
- Yellowing of swimsuits
- Stain hair green or lilac colored.
Piscimar Copper Out is a specific copper sequestrant that is stable to chlorine and has a long lasting effect.
Dosage for use Copper Out
- Test copper level with Insta Test copper test strips.
- Adjust alkalinity to 80-120 ppm
- Adjust pH to 7.2-7.6
- Add 1L per 100 m³ for initial dosage and 0.5L per 100 m³ for maintenance.
NOTE: If you have a salt electrolysis pool, Copper Out can only be used if the product does not pass through the chlorinator.
In this example of installation, you can close the two valves that we show framed and in this way it will not pass through the chlorinator.
