Flocculant in cartridges Superflock Plus

Flocculant for swimming pools 

During the bathing season, there are suspended particles that accumulate in the pool and are difficult to vacuum with the pool cleaner. This causes the water to become cloudy and we do not obtain crystal clear water, free of impurities.

Therefore, the flocculant is the solution to this problem, since it guarantees crystal clear water in the pool by grouping the finest particles so that the filter can retain them. It is a long-lasting product that acts continuously against cloudy water. 

Cleaning the pool with Superflock Plus 

• Flocculant for a clear and clean water.
• Removes metals from water where iron or copper is present.
• Contains lanthanum, a phosphate destroying agent preventing algae growth

IMPORTANT: The use of the flocculant is only recommended for sand and glass filters. For pools with cartridge filters use clarifier. 

How to use pool flocculant 

1. Perform a backwash of the filter. 
2. Adjust the pH to 7.2-7.6 ppm.
3. Deposit a Superflock Plus cartridge in the skimmer basket for every 50m³.
4. Leave the filtration equipment running 

NOTE: If the pH is between 7.5-7.8, Superflock Plus can remove copper. Iron will be removed at normal pH.

The flocculant is a complementary product for weekly pool water treatment. We recommend adding the product once a week, it may be necessary to add more depending on the temperature, the hours of filtration, the number of bathers...

Remember that to maintain the pool water 

1. pH level 7,2-7,6
2. Free chlorine level 1-3 ppm or total chlorine 0.5-1.5 ppm.
3. If the chlorine level is much lower than optimal, perform shock chlorination.
4. In summer leave the equipment in filtration for a minimum of 6-8 hours a day.
