Description
Regulate the pH in swimming pools
The pH is a measure much to consider in the pools. The pH indicates the degree of acidity or basicity of the pool water. Expressed on a scale between the values 0 (high acidity) to 14 (high basicity).
The pH of the pool water with a pH value less than 7 is acidic and if it is greater, it is basic. It is indispensable to control and adjust the pH, if necessary, every day.
The ideal value of the pH of the pool water should always be between 7.2 and 7.6

Problems in swimming pools due to poor pH regulation
A high pH causes
- Reduction of the effects of the disinfectant, it is necessary to spend more product (chlorine or bromine) to disinfect the pool water.

A low pH causes

Dosage and mode of use pH PLUS LQ Liquid
- To increase the pH by 0.2 points: add 3.5 liters of PLUS LQ per 100 m³ of water.
- It is a product specially formulated to be dosed in swimming pool water by means of automatic pH regulation and control equipment.
- Perform a control, if necessary on a daily basis, of the pH with an analyzer kit. The values should be between 7.2 and 7.6.
