Starting and priming instructions pool pump
- Fill the filter body with water up to the level of the suction pipe (Never start the pump without water).
- Open all the suction and delivery valves (also the filter air bleed, if any)
- Start the unit and wait for priming for a certain period of time (priming will depend on the suction height and the length of the suction pipe).
Maintenance of the pool pump
- Regularly clean the pre-filter basket and check the seal of the pre-filter cover.
- Keep the motor clean and dry and make sure that the ventilation holes are free of obstruction.
- Occasionally a leak may occur in the mechanical seal and in this case it must be replaced.
