What is active oxygen and what is it used for?

Adding active oxygen in the pool 

Like all disinfectant products for the swimming pool, it is recommended to add the product at the end of the day avoiding the hottest hours and without the presence of swimmers. 

In this case we have the active oxygen product Oxipure 12 that stands out for its great oxidizing and disinfecting power superior to chlorine. 

Application of the active oxygen Oxipure 12

1. Maintain pH between 7.2-7.6 ppm.
2. Maintain alkalinity between 80 and 120 ppm.
3. Dosing by means of a dosing pump or direct application to the pool water is recommended.
4. For daily treatment add 0.3L/10m³ of water. 
5. For shock treatment and recovery of green water add 3L/10m³ of water
6. Control the dosage every 2-3 days so that there is a residual of 30 ppm of hydrogen peroxide in the pool. 

Dosages may vary depending on the number of bathers, sunlight, water temperature or weather conditions.
