Water turbidity analysis 

Turbidity analysis is an important factor, since the higher the turbidity, the higher the number of suspended particles in the water. It influences an increase of bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms decreasing the effectiveness of disinfectants. 

The TurbiBEHQ turbidity meter is the perfect instrument designed to analyze turbidity. The unit in which the results are expressed is NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Unit). It has an optical structure that allows to read from low turbidity values up to levels of 1000 NTU.

Due to the importance of this parameter with water quality, it complies with ISO 7027.

To correct turbidity it will be necessary to regulate pH levels and use disinfectant such as chlorine. We recommend using flocculant or clarifier in the weekly maintenance of the pool for a totally clean and crystal clear water.
