Transversal grating module
- Transversal grating module for Astralpool curves
- Heights of 22 and 35 mm, widths of 195 mm, 245 mm, 295 mm and 335 mm
- Connection between modules by means of a tightening coupling
- Equivalence: 45 units = 1 linear meter
Transversal grating for curves
The grating is a component of the pool that is placed in the overflow or channel of the pool and whose function is to collect the overflowing water. In this way a first filtering is made since part of the dirt is collected and not all of it goes towards the filtration equipment.
There are different types of pool overflows, in this case the longitudinal grating is the most common model, it is a non-slip grating that is placed over the overflowing channel.
Characteristics of the curved transversal grating
- Made of PP with stabilizers for protection against UV rays.
- Anti-slip surface
- Made up of module plates for straight and/or curved sections
- Union by means of tightening coupling between modules
- Quick and easy to assemble without the need for tools
- In white color
- Available in 22 mm and 35 mm heights and widths of 195 mm, 245 mm, 295 mm and 345 mm
- Non-reversible 22 mm height and reversible 35 mm height
Safety
This is a grating with a non-slip surface that complies with safety standard EN-1345-1.
Absorption
Thanks to the longitudinal arrangement of the bars of the grating, parallel to the edge of the pool, the overflow of the waves is avoided
Resistance
Resistant to the action of UV rays, high mechanical resistance and unalterable to chemical and atmospheric agents. Absorbs possible dilatations, effect of the thermal differences to which the grating is exposed.
All of them require a 5 mm wide channel, since this way they can be easily adapted and problems caused by dilatations are avoided.
Channel width (L) | Grating width (L1) |
200 mm | 195 mm |
250 mm | 245 mm |
300 mm | 295 mm |
350 mm | 345 mm |
Grille height (h) of 22 mm or 35 mm
When purchasing gratings, please note that 45 units/plates are equivalent to 1 linear meter. Contact our technicians if you have any doubt to choose the units needed for your pool.
