PVC flanges are detachable fittings that allow joining pipes, in this case this product is a kit consisting of:

1. Flange
2. Flat gasket (EVA or EPDM)
3. Screw DIN 931
4. Washer DIN 125-A
5. Nut DIN 934

In this case they are fittings to be glued (female) so we recommend the use of glue to glue PVC-U fittings.
