Nous avons reçu la pompe, jusque là pas de soucis, pour remplacer la nôtre qui ne fonctionnait plus. En la mettant en route, une fuite…en ouvrant la pompe il s’avère qu’une partie est différente de l’ancienne (non évidée) ce qui peut provoquer la fuite. Et la c’est le drame ! Il faut retourner la pompe à nos frais (retour en Espagne) ! La faire examiner car comme nous avons regardé d’où venait la fuite, peut être plus sous garantie. Et pour finir nous aurons peut être des frais de réparation, alors que nous avons juste signalé un défaut de matériel ! Nous ne recommandons pas le site car même si vous avez un problème qui n’est pas de votre fait, tous les frais seront à votre charge. Le service client répond mais n’est pas du tout compréhensif et commercial.

Nos conditions générales stipulent qu'en cas de demande de garantie, le client doit apporter le produit à l'adresse indiquée pour inspection. En ce qui concerne ce que vous dites au sujet de la garantie, vous avez manipulé la pompe et tous les fabricants indiquent que pour faire jouer la garantie, la pompe doit être diagnostiquée par un technicien agréé.
