This polypropylene clamp is used as a clamp to fix plastic or metallic pipes. Thanks to their PP material, they are resistant to outdoor installations and corrosive environments. 

Assembly instructions 

Thermoplastic pipes need to be supported at certain intervals, depending on several factors: material, temperature, density of the transported medium and density of the pipe. The following table summarizes the recommended spacing between fasteners.

The values in the table are indicative and should be used as a reference. 

Cepex clamps have been designed for the purpose of pipe support, anchor point fixing and spacing from a surface.

They should never be used as the sole point of attachment of a complete piping system to a vertical wall, ceiling, etc. as they may cause damage to the products by not providing a stable grip for considerable weights. 

Therefore, it is recommended to use the pieces in horizontal installation, but not in vertical or inverted installation if they are not reinforced with some other type of fastening for the pipe. The correct installation positions are as follows:
